Delivery Options Overview
WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Returns will not be accepted if any component is missing:
Original product
Gift or storage packaging (boxes, pouches, wraps)
Product tags or labels
Care instructions or certificates (if provided)
Complimentary items or accessories.
Why? Many of our items are made to order or one-of-a-kind. Missing components affect the integrity of the product and make it ineligible for resale or reuse.

First, check your tracking link for updates. Sometimes packages are delayed due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with the correct address.
We do offer express shipping at checkout (where available), but keep in mind that handmade processing time still applies. If you’re on a tight deadline, reach out before ordering — we’ll do our best to help!
Most handmade orders ship within [7–10 business days]. Some items may ship faster if they are ready-made. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.
Standard shipping does not include insurance unless otherwise noted. If you want insured delivery, please choose an express or tracked option at checkout.
